These larch troughs are hand made from 21mm thick board and 45mm end boards.The end board is one piece of 45mm thick planed larch. It is 320mm high providing the end board and legs in one stylish piece of larch.
These larch troughs are hand made from 21mm thick board and 45mm end boards. The troughs are planed on all four sides to give a stunning larch grain effect.
The Trough dimensions are 1m long x 240mm wide x 320mm high (outside dimensions). The growing depth of these troughs is 225mm (9 inch) great for plants, shrubs and veg! especially carrots!!
The Troughs come delivered by our courier semi assembled with 32 x 2inch quality screws.
Ideal to grow veg where garden or land may not be available. Great for balconies, flats, driveways, paved areas, patios.
The troughs are made from larch which is a naturally resistant wood. There are no additives or pressure treatment to the wood. The troughs are 100% chemical free!!
Larch is great in soil. As such no liner is required. The base of the trough is 21mm thick larch slats that should be placed approx 2mm apart to provide drainage.
